Coffs Harbour – NSW

Today we acted like tourists 😉 in our home town of many years Coffs Harbour – NSW. If you have been following our travels you will know that we have sold our home and are moving to another state where we are building a new home. In the meantime we are back on the road with our caravan and will be sharing with you our journey of places we stay along the way.

For the last few nights we have stayed at the Big 4 Park Beach Holiday Park as it’s just a hop step and jump from our previous home. This meant we could clean up and hand over keys and be in close proximity to our caravan.

The park is conveniently situated across the road from the beach and just a short walk from the iconic Coffs Jetty👍. You can also take a stroll 🚶‍♀️to the many cafes ☕️restaurants 🍽 and pub 🍻 located on the Jetty Strip. Need some groceries then check out IGA and more at the Jetty Village Shopping Centre.

The park has everything you could possibly want.

👉Powered slab site – $47 per night for 2 people. Thank goodness we could use our Big 4 membership which brought the rate down to $42.50 per night.

👉Large drive-thru sites, some with ensuites.

👉Excellent TV and Internet reception.

👉3 amenity blocks which are older styles but very clean and also social distancing in place. The amenity blocks are also secure requiring a security code.

👉Laundries

👉BBQ areas throughout the park.

👉Great modern camp kitchen and outdoor seating area called The Hub which overlooks the swimming pool

👉Resort style pool.

👉Dump points

🙁Sorry not pet friendly.

If you have never been to the Coffs Coast then this is an ideal place to stop for a few days and check out the area. But knowing the area as we do, we can also recommend a few other places to stay to enjoy the Coffs Coast.
