To us there are two types of "Free Camping". The first type of free camping is just that FREE.  In a "Free" camp you don't pay a cent or even get asked for a donation or need to enjoy a meal or drink at the Pub. It will cost you nothing, nada. The second type of free camping is the one where you can park behind a Pub, for exchange of a Pub meal and or drink, or where you camp and are asked to make a donation. The later I would classify as "Almost Free Camping". Don't get us wrong as we enjoy either versions of "Free Camping" and have absolutely no problem giving back to the community.
