Travelling the Victoria Highway from the WA/NT border heading towards Katherine there are quite a few areas to free camps if you’re looking for an overnight stop. Some have toilets some don’t.

We stayed here for an overnighter last year. It was great. It’s also a short walk to the Victoria River boat ramp. But beware of the Crocodiles 🐊😋🐊.
